Concrete cleaning and surface preparation

Dust-free cleaning and surface preparation, without damaging the structure.

Hydrodemolition as a cleaning technique

When cleaning a concrete or steel surface in preparation for treatment with paint, coating, epoxy or polyurethane, sand or grit blasting is often chosen. This carries a risk of damaging the underlying or surrounding structure, while dust nuisance is almost unavoidable. With our high-quality high-pressure units, fitted with special rotating attachments, we can remove old finishing layers or contamination without affecting the substrate or the surroundings. High-pressure water technology is the excellent alternative.

The benefits

Efficiently applicable, from small repairs to large-scale projects.

No dust nuisance and no damage to the underlying or surrounding structure, unlike grit blasting

More thorough and precise cleaning than sand or grit blasting, also for complex surfaces and shapes

Water and old paint layers are extracted immediately — a clean workplace and no spread of contamination

Environmentally friendly and including sustainable processing of wastewater via the EcoClear® water treatment unit

Surface treatment applications

ADS uses high-pressure cleaning technology for stripping steel, roughening concrete and removing old finishing layers or contamination such as rust and fine dust. Wastewater and old paint layers are extracted immediately, without dust nuisance and without damaging the substrate or the surroundings. Including sustainable wastewater processing via the EcoClear.
